Los vinos chilenos obtuvieron 23 medallas de oro en una de as competencias más prestigiosas del mundo, la International Wine Challenge (IWC), que anunció sus resultados en la 27 edición de la London International Wine Fair (LIWF), que se realizó esta semana en Londres.



Francia fue el país recordista en medallas de oro, con 75 preseas, seguido por Australia con 65 y Portugal con 35.

Los vinos argentinos obtuvieron 4 medallas de oro, 44 medallas de plata y 70 de bronce. Las medallas de oro fueron para los vinos: La Chamiza Martin Alsina 2007, Viñalba Malbec Gran Reserva 2008, Domaine Jean Bousquet Grande Reserve Malbec 2008, Cruz De Piedra Blend 2006.
